Hi, I’m Dan Keslin. My wife, Jennie, and I recently welcomed our son, Asa, on 9/6/2025, joining our seven-year-old yellow lab, Sadie. I’ve called Bozeman home since 2008, when I moved here to attend Montana State University. I love this town and spend as much time as I can mountain biking, skiing at good ol’ Bbowl, and chasing animals around the woods in the fall.
With over 15 years of experience in tax preparation and small-business accounting, I reconnected with my first accounting manager, Kyle Viste. Our shared vision for a proactive approach to accounting, recognition of the shortcomings of the traditional model, and desire for a better lifestyle led us to launch ROAM Accounting.

Meet Kyle
Hi, I’m Kyle Viste. My wife and I live in Missoula with our family, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me exploring trails, cheering on Montana State, or soaking in the wide-open spaces of the Mountain West.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years in accounting and finance, starting in public accounting and later serving as a corporate controller, where I led finance teams and oversaw complex operations across the U.S. and internationally. Along the way, I reconnected with my longtime colleague and friend, Dan Keslin. Our shared vision for a proactive, relationship-driven approach to accounting—and our recognition that the traditional model leaves a lot to be desired—led us to launch ROAM Accounting.
At ROAM, I focus on helping both individuals and businesses simplify the complex, find clarity in their numbers, and move forward with confidence. My goal is to turn financials into a tool that guides your journey, not a barrier that holds you back.
